Emma - BBC Drama
Emma was photographed by D.O.P. Stephen Pehrsson and Directed by Toby Haynes. Entirely Shot on S16mm Film to meet the demands of the production that required a medium that could easily cope with extensive day and night exterior scenes.
The Production was graded on the DaVinci 2K Plus by Paul Stapes, who commented "Stylistically, Stephen and Director Toby Haynes wished to avoid an overly theatrical look for the show. Instead they wished to capture a 'glossy realism' where the colours and production design reflected a more stylish aesthetic.
Chris Roberts and Louise Sinclair created the audio and special effects, often requiring them to record new SFX with Chris taking the roe of Dialogue Editor, responsible for cutting the look for the show. Instead they wished to capture a 'glossy realism' where the colours and production design reflected a more stylish aesthetic. Violinist
